7 Best Damage Dealers in Brawl Stars
Brawl Stars has many brawler classes, including assassins, supports, controllers, marksmen, gunners, tanks, and damage dealers. Each class comes with its own advantages and disadvantages over other classes. Today, we’ll be discussing some of the best damage dealers in brawl stars in the game.

There are currently 16 damage dealers available. Damage Dealers offer a balanced mix of damage output and survivability. They can deal high damage to opponents and are best effective against assassins and tanks. Their gadgets and star powers allow players to create different builds, ranging from pure burst damage, sustained DPS, and high survivability.
Damage-dealing brawlers can be used in most situations to damage opponents and dominate the area. However, their only weaknesses are marksmen and artillery brawlers, who can attack from afar and from behind obstacles. Once they can reduce the distance, they can easily defeat them. Let’s get started and discover the best damage-dealing brawlers. Also Read: All Brawlers with HyperCharge in Brawl Stars
Best Damage Dealers in Brawl Stars:
Colt – The Pretty
Colt is undoubtedly the best Damage Dealer in Brawl Stars. He fires six long-range rounds from his revolvers, each dealing 720 damage at maximum level. His Super is what puts him over the top. His Super fires a massive burst of rounds with very long range, capable of destroying even obstacles. If an enemy is in his line of fire, nothing can save him from death.

His Hypercharge widens his Super, making it more difficult for enemies to escape. Apart from the Super, his gadgets & star power allow him to rank higher than Spike in terms of basic attacks too. Slick Boots increases his movement speed, but his second star power, Magnum Special, increases his attack range & bullet speed which lets him compete against marksmen too.
Hiding behind obstacles isn’t enough to escape Colt. Thanks to his gadget, the Silver Bullet, he powers up his next bullet, penetrating everything in its path—both obstacles and opponents—and dealing double the damage of a standard bullet. This is the most frequently used gadget among Colt users. Also Read: How to Play Brawl Stars on PC (2025 Guide)
Spike – A Unique Brawler
Spike is our second-best damage dealer. He shoots a small cactus that explodes on reaching its max range or hitting an enemy and sends out 6 spikes in all directions. Each spike deals the same amount of damage as of the small cactus. The enemy hit by the cactus is also hit by multiple spikes, receiving a lot of damage.

With his star power Curveball, the spikes curve clockwise, making it easier to hit the targets. He also has a life-saving gadget that grows a cactus in front of him. He can take cover behind it. When the cactus is destroyed, it heals all nearby allies. Another gadget, Popping Pincushion, shoots three waves of spikes in all directions, which makes it a perfect gadget to deal with chasing brawlers. His mythical gear and hypercharge enhance his Super, giving it a 30% extra slow effect and a 20% larger area respectively. Enemies in their Super take damage over time and drastically slow them down. Spike can easily make the group of opposing brawlers retreat from the action. Hiding behind the covers is also not an option for his opponents as his spikes can curve and hit them.
Chester – A Bit of Everything
Chester – The unpredictable Brawler. With each basic attack, he fires a series of bells from his hat: first one, then two, and finally three. You can increase that number to four bells with his star power, Bell’o’Mania. His jack-of-all-trades is his Super. He has five different Supers that randomly change after each use, making him unpredictable for both you and your enemies.

- Candy Popper – Throws a candy popper, which damages enemies, destroys obstacles, and knocks them back.
- Jawbreaker – Throws a large candy that stuns enemies on impact.
- Salmiakki – Sprays a cone of poisonous dust, dealing damage over time to enemies.
- Pop Rocks – Sprinkles exploding pop rocks onto the ground, dealing damage over time to enemies caught in the area.
- Strong Mint – Eats a refreshing mint that heals him over time.
All of these Supers are useful in different situations. However, their randomness can put you at risk if the Super you want doesn’t appear. For these situations, his gadget, Spicy Dice, allows you to replace your current Super with a random Super. His star power, Sneak Peak, always reveals his next Super, allowing you to plan your next move. Chester can be both a controller and a damage-dealing brawler. Also Read: Download Nulls Brawl for iOS
Rico – Love Brawler
Rico’s fast reload speed, long range, and ricocheting bullets make him a favorite among many players. He fires bullets that ricochet off walls, gaining extra range with each ricochet. He can angle his bullets to fire at enemies behind obstacles. His Super, similar to his basic attack, unleashes a full-on blast of bullets that pierce through enemies and ricochet off walls, gaining extra range.

He can ricochet his bullets off walls and, by directing them at the right angle, he can hit enemies without getting in their line of fire. His star power, Super Bouncy, powers up his basic attacks and Super, dealing extra damage after the first bounce. For added damage, there’s the Multiball Launcher gadget, which is very useful in tight spaces, as it launches waves of bullets that bounce in all directions.
There’s also a survivability gadget and star power. Bouncy Castle adds a healing effect to his next basic attack and restores his HP with each ricochet. His Robo Retreat star power increases his movement speed by 34% when his HP drops below 40%. You can use these two items however you like: to retreat and heal or to chase and kill. Colette – Collector
Colette is the best tank killer in the game. Her attacks deal 37% of her opponent’s current health as damage, and her Super deals 20% of her opponent’s maximum HP, dealing a minimum of 1000 damage at max level. She also possesses the hypercharger Teen Spirit. This spirit accompanies her Super, dealing damage to enemies in her path.
Starting with Colette’s basic attack, you deal maximum damage based on the opponent’s current HP, as this will be at full health. Then, finish them off with her Super, hitting twice, dealing 20% of the opponent’s Maximum HP each time. If you don’t have a Super, you can power up her next attack using her gadget, NA-AH!

You can add a shield or knockback effect to her Super with the star powers Push It and Mass Tax. The first star power pushes all enemies to the farthest point of her Super, while the second grants a shield that increases with each enemy hit. Both star powers increase Colette’s survivability while maintaining her high damage output.
Surge – Brother
Surge is an exception. He starts off slow, but once upgraded, he can overwhelm most brawlers in the game. At base level, Surge has slow movement speed and low basic attack range, making him difficult to dominate. However, he can level up and enhance his abilities using his Super. At level 1, he greatly increases his movement speed. Level 2 increases his attack range, and level 3 splits his basic attacks into 6 attacks instead of 2.

But that’s not all. Surge can use his Super to dodge enemy attacks, leap over obstacles, or deal damage to enemies. When he uses his Super, he leaps into the air and knocks back enemies, dealing damage upon landing. But be careful: if Surge dies, you lose all levels.
Surge’s basic attacks split into 2 attacks when they hit enemies, and at level 3, those attacks split into 6 attacks. His star power also splits attacks when they hit walls. His second star power helps Surge maintain his first level throughout the match.
When you start a match, you can temporarily reach level 1 using the Power Surge gadget and quickly recharge your Super. Then, thanks to his second star power, you can maintain this level throughout the match. His second gadget is quite useful for defense. The Power Shield gadget reduces the next damage he takes by 50% and instantly reloads two bullets, giving him a chance to take down the enemy.
Nita – The Untamable
Despite being one of the oldest brawlers, Nita is still one of the best damage dealers. She attacks enemies with shockwaves that damage anyone in her path. She can also summon her Kuma to join the fight. This bear can detect enemies hiding in bushes.
Nita’s star powers and gadgets are fantastic, allowing her to create unique builds suited to each game mode. Her Hyper Bear star power increases her bear’s attack speed by 60%. In Heist, this ability is particularly powerful for destroying safes. Her Bear Paws gadget allows you to stun enemies and then deal significant damage in a short period of time.
Her second star power, Bear With Me, restores Nita’s bear’s HP when she damages enemies, and Nita recovers her own HP when her bear damages enemies. You can combine this power with the Faux Fur gadget, which shields the bear, or the Bear Paws gadget, which stuns enemies. This combination of star power and gadget significantly increases survivability.
