Amber
Amber is our legendary controller, and while other brawlers must tap and release the button to fire, she can continuously fire at her enemy by holding down the fire button. With a fully charged ammo bar, she can fire for 3 seconds. She fires a total of 10 flames per second, each dealing 420 damage at maximum level. It only takes a few seconds to fry enemies. Amber’s fire is also penetrating, damaging all enemies in the line of fire.
Amber’s Super is a fuel bottle. She can throw it a long distance across the map and then ignite it with the fire of her basic attack. This burns all bushes and enemies standing on the fuel. Because Amber’s Super is easily evaded by enemies, Brawl Stars gave her two great Star Powers to compensate for these shortcomings. The Wild Flames Star Power allows Amber to keep two Super fuel puddles on the ground at once. Additionally, standing near one of these puddles recharges her Super over time. Her second Star Power, Scorchin’ Siphon, recharges her fire breath 50% faster when standing near a puddle. Sometimes, it’s more beneficial to gain other perks than simply igniting the fuel.
Amber’s Fire Starters gadget allows her to leave behind fuel while increasing her movement speed. This fuel also allows her to gain the benefits of her Star Powers. Her second gadget, Dancing Flames, creates three swirling flames around her. These flames can also hit enemies hidden behind obstacles and deal significant damage. Willow
Willow throws her lantern at enemies, dealing damage over time. Using her Spellbound gadget, she can empower her next attack, dealing damage instantly rather than over time. Her second gadget, Dive, allows her to dive into a puddle of water for 2 seconds. During this time, she cannot move or attack, but enemies cannot target or hit her. This can be used to survive the final seconds of a match while holding key items.
Willow’s Super launches a baby frog towards an enemy. If the enemy is hit, it will fully heal, and Willow can then control it for 4 seconds and attack opponents using her basic attacks. Once the 4 seconds are up or the enemy’s HP drops to 30%, she will be released. This is a very useful Super in Brawl Ball and Basket game modes. EMZ
Emz is one of the most popular control brawlers. She deals damage over time to enemies with her hairspray in a cone-shaped area. This spray can pass through enemies and continue to damage them. Enemies in the center of the spray take the most damage.
Emz’s Super creates a toxic cloudy field around her, slowing enemies inside and dealing damage over time. This toxic field moves with Emz and can also damage enemies behind obstacles.
Emz’s first star power, Hype, adds HP regeneration to her Super, restoring HP for every enemy she damages every second. Her second star power, Bad Karma, empowers her basic attacks and deals more damage to enemies the longer they remain in the hairspray area.
Bibi
Bibi is a tank brawler who uses her baseball bat to deal with her opponents. She has high HP, a very fast movement speed, and is also known for her very fast recharge rate and high damage output. She spins her bat 150 degrees to attack enemies in front of her.
Once Bibi has all her attacks ready, she charges up her Home Run shot. This shot knocks back enemies. For her Super, she launches a ball that damages enemies in its path. The ball bounces back against walls, dealing damage once more.
In her hypercharged state, Bibi’s Super cannon splits in two upon impact with an enemy. Both cannons deal the same amount of damage. Her Vitamin Booster gadget restores Bibi’s HP for 4 seconds per charge, while her second gadget, Extra Sticky, adds a slowing effect to her next Super.
Bibi’s star powers activate when she’s ready to shoot a Home Run. One increases her movement speed, while the other reduces all damage taken by 12%.
Colette
Colette is a damage-dealing brawler, and her basic attacks and Super deal damage based on her opponents’ HP. The higher their HP, the more damage they deal. She throws heart-shaped projects, each dealing 37% of her opponent’s current HP as damage, but with a minimum of 1000.
Colette can power up her next attack by using the Na-ah! gadget, which deals 1500 extra damage at max level. Her second gadget, Gotcha!, returns 80% of the damage dealt to enemies as healing to Colette over the next 5 seconds.
Colette’s Super, Time to Collect, zips forward and backward while dealing damage to enemies based on their maximum HP. In her Hypercharge state, her spirit accompanies her, dealing damage to enemies while dashing.
Both of Colette’s star powers are focused on her Super. When using her Super, her first star power pushes enemies away, while her second star power grants her a shield for each enemy she hits.
Bea
Bea is a marksman brawler with an epic damage output. She fires a long-range sting, dealing moderate damage to enemies. Bea can use her Insta Beaload Star Power to instantly charge her next attack if she misses a supercharged attack. This effect can occur twice, but if she misses a third time, she cannot recover the supercharged attack.
Bea’s second star power, Honeycomb, grants her a shield when she uses a supercharged attack. This shield reduces all damage taken by 30%. Her gadget, Honey Molasses, helps her escape danger. Bea releases a beehive and sticky honey in a 4-tile area around her, slowing down enemies.
Bea’s second gadget, the Rattled Hive, creates four angry bees that move away from Bea in a spiral path. The bees can pass through obstacles and deal more damage to enemies they hit the farther they get.
Jessie
After adding hypercharge, Jessie dominated the arena, dominating her opponents. Her basic attack launches energy spheres that bounce between enemies within range. The spheres can bounce to a maximum of 3 enemies and deal 25% less damage each time.
Jessie’s Super is a gun turret. She can also launch it through walls. The gun turret automatically targets nearby enemies. When used in Hypercharge, the turret gains 50% HP and deals 20% more damage. Her Shocky Star Power also adds a bounce effect to the gun turret. Another star power, Energize, allows Jessie to attack the turret with her basic attacks, restoring its HP. These attacks also bounce to the next target.
Jessie’s Recoil Spring gadget doubles the attack speed of her gun turret. In Heist mode, this gadget makes Jessie one of the top picks for brawlers. Her second gadget, the Spark Plug, sends a shockwave around her gun turret, slowing all enemies in the area of effect.
Nita
Nita is a damage-dealing brawler with high HP and a fast reload speed. She can damage a group of enemies with shockwave attacks and summon a bear with higher HP to fight alongside Nita. The bear attacks the nearest enemy. Using the epic equipment item Pet Power can increase the bear’s attack power by 25%.
She can give the bear a shield by using the gadget, Faux Fur, which reduces all damage received by 35% for the next 3 seconds. On using the Bear Paws gadget, each bear slams the ground and stuns all the enemies within its range.
When equipped with the Hyper Bear star power, the bear attacks 60% faster. The Bear with Me star power causes Nita to gain HP when the bear damages enemies, and conversely, damage dealt by Nita to enemies heals the bear.
Charlie
Charlie can incapacitate an enemy for up to 5 seconds with her Super. Her Super creates a cocoon that traps the enemy, and this cocoon lasts for 5 seconds, provided the enemy doesn’t take damage. During this time, the trapped enemy cannot use their basic attacks, Super, gadgets, etc. When equipped with Digestive Star Power, the cocoon also reduces the enemy’s HP by 25%.
When equipped with Slimy’s star power, Charlie’s Super leaves behind slippery puddles that slow down enemies. Additionally, Charlie’s hypercharge, Pestilence, spawns three spiders from a cocoon, causing them to target and attack nearby enemies. A similar gadget, Spiders, creates three spiders that attack nearby enemies.
Charlie’s second gadget, Personal Space, encases her in a cocoon and heals her for 50% of her total HP. Her basic attacks include a yo-yo, which she throws at enemies and returns when it hits an enemy/wall or reaches maximum range. When the yo-yo returns, she immediately recharges her attack.
Mandy
Mandy overwhelms her enemies with candy. She uses her candy dispenser to fire candies at enemies from a distance. When not moving, she gains focus, increasing her attack range from 9 tiles to 12 tiles. Her Super, Sugar Ray, has a range of 40 tiles and covers almost the entire map. When she uses her Super, she focuses for 0.75 seconds and then fires a candy beam that can pass through obstacles, walls, and enemies, dealing massive damage.
Mandy cannot move while using her Super or while performing a fully focused attack, making her more vulnerable to enemy attacks. Both of her star powers are concentrated on her focused attacks, allowing her to be more aggressive while remaining alive.
Her first star power, In My Sights, increases the speed of her candy attacks by 20%, while her second, Hard Candy, grants her a shield that reduces all damage taken by 30% while in a focused state. She can also add a slowing effect to her next candy attack with the Caramelize gadget or give her a piercing effect with the Cookie Crumbs gadget.
